Socialstyrelsen’s HOSP register records healthcare authorisations and specialist certificates. The agency provides information on how qualifications can be checked; it is not a clinic ranking. Distinguish a surgical clinic from a skin-care or injectable-treatment branch when planning a consultation. Ask for a written plan covering alternatives, anaesthesia, the operating facility, the total quotation and follow-up. Discuss how complications would be assessed and who can be contacted after hours. If travelling, agree the review schedule and recovery accommodation before paying a deposit. An editorial profile is a starting point for consultation, not confirmation that a procedure is suitable for you.
