Romanian College of Physicians — doctor register

Open the official resource ↗

The Romanian College of Physicians provides a public doctor register. Its notice explains that records are periodically updated and that the relevant territorial college can confirm a doctor’s current status. Use the surgeon’s full name and check the precise specialty rather than relying on social-media titles. Ask who will operate, where anaesthesia is provided and whether the consultation clinic and surgical facility are different. Public hospital services may require referral and may prioritise reconstructive care. For elective surgery, obtain a written quotation identifying facility fees, implants if used, tests and postoperative reviews. Romania’s national currency is the leu, ISO code RON. Confirm payment and any conversion terms when a clinic advertises euro prices.

Check the physician’s name and specialty, then confirm current status with the relevant territorial medical college.

03 / Consultation planning

Prepare before you commit.

The actual location

Check the published office city. Ask whether consultation, surgery and follow-up use the same facility.

Your written quote

City worksheets use RON. Confirm the quote’s currency, taxes, inclusions and exclusions; no local treatment prices are estimated.

Your care arrangements

Discuss alternatives, important risks, aftercare and practical support directly with the treating team. Use international resources for further questions.
