02 / Professional checks

Begin with the right questions.

Registration, relevant specialist qualifications and experience with a proposed treatment are separate details to establish.

Belarus — Unified Register of Licences

Open the official resource ↗

The Belarus Ministry of Health directs patients to the Unified Register of Licences for medical-service authorization. Check the actual legal provider and the proposed service, rather than relying on an old licence image reproduced in advertising. Separately ask for the operating surgeon’s specialist qualifications. Ask who provides anesthesia, where postoperative monitoring takes place, who responds to urgent concerns and which follow-up appointments are included. Request an itemized quotation in the agreed currency and a written explanation of alternatives, risks and recovery. This directory is an editorial starting point, not a credential guarantee or a recommendation to travel.

Match the provider’s legal name, medical services and treatment address in the official licence register.

03 / Consultation planning

Prepare before you commit.

The actual location

Check the published office city. Ask whether consultation, surgery and follow-up use the same facility.

Your written quote

City worksheets use BYN. Confirm the quote’s currency, taxes, inclusions and exclusions; no local treatment prices are estimated.

Your care arrangements

Discuss alternatives, important risks, aftercare and practical support directly with the treating team. Use international resources for further questions.
