Dr. Sergey G. Toshinskiy, MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon serving patients in Dearborn and across Southeast Michigan. He practices at Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital and specializes in complex reconstruction involving the breasts, extremities, head, neck, face, and hands.
